Meet The Webbs

David and Caroline Webb felt God calling them to one specific verse in the Bible – “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.” (James 1:27) With the HIV epidemic leaving countless children orphaned every year, the Webbs discovered their journey “to look after orphans” would lead them to South Africa. After settling in the city of Johannesburg, they crafted a haven for infants and children to receive the care and love of Christ on a daily basis. At Masiphane Havens the children are nurtured, both physically and spiritually. And despite the hardships, the Webb’s still proclaim in their own words, “We love what we do. We wouldn’t do anything else.“
